CarTrawler makes no warranty or representation in relation to any rental vehicle provider or any vehicle rented by any rental vehicle provider. It is the rental vehicle providers sole responsibility to provide you with a rental vehicle rented on this website. Fees and Charges The Administration Charge which CarTrawler charges is non refundable in all circumstances. It is the responsibility of the rental vehicle provider to process your reservation correctly. The accuracy of any quote for renting a vehicle provided by this website and any booking made on this website depends on the details you provide on this website. LIABILITY In the event of a dispute between CarTrawler and you, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the amount of the Administration Charge you paid when booking the vehicle.
