Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be emailed or faxed to us. We will not accept cancellations by telephone. They must be received 24 hours in advance of the start of the rental. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all charges except the non-refundable administration fee to the credit /debit card number which was supplied for the booking. (we will not refund to any other card) Should your rental be a NO-SHOW (i.e. you did not collect the vehicle and did not follow our cancellation procedure), no monies will be refunded and the full rental charge will be taken by the Agent.
